Won't change the philosophy of an uninjured experienced runner, but it doesn't provide tangible framework for "busy" newer runners. It is a very different approach from what most runners know and while it makes sense, "less is more" isn't a common theory in running and can be hard to accept. Especially when you're required to push in each of the three workouts, so none of the three is easy. Lots of "testimonials" in the book that make it less palatable and more like "infomercials" interspersed between the content. Having bought it, I quickly offered it to a family member and if that doesn't work, will move it to the shelf for random workout ideas.
